- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles fine crumbs.
- Microwave the cauliflower crumbs in a microwave-safe bowl for 4-5 minutes, or until softened.
- Let the cauliflower cool slightly, then transfer it to a clean kitchen towel and wring out as much moisture as possible.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower with Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the cauliflower mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a round crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven and add your desired pizza toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
