- 3 cups Chocolate Chips (milk chocolate)
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 ounces)
- 20 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- Layer Reese’s Cups:
- Place a layer of whole Reese’s cups at the bottom of the pan.
- Melt Chocolate Mixture:
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Add Vanilla Extract:
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour over Reese’s:
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the layer of Reese’s cups, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Add Chopped Reese’s:
- Sprinkle the top with chopped Reese’s cups, pressing them lightly into the chocolate mixture.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours or until set.
- Cut and Serve:
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
