Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2️⃣ Cut the cauliflower into florets, ensuring they are similar in size for even cooking.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and olive oil. Toss well to coat the cauliflower evenly.
