– Smoked paprika – 1-2 teaspoons
– Olive oil – 3-4 tablespoons
– Parmesan cheese – 50g
– Fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Cut the cauliflower into florets, ensuring they are similar in size for even cooking.
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and olive oil. Toss well to coat the cauliflower evenly.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the cauliflower for 25-30 minutes or until it turns golden brown and tender, stirring once or twice during cooking.
While the cauliflower is roasting, grate the Parmesan cheese and chop the fresh parsley.
Once the cauliflower is roasted to your desired level of tenderness, remove it from the oven. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and return it to the oven for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts and becomes slightly crispy.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
