Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Cauliflower:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
Toss and Roast:
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and caramelized.
Notes

- Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds for added crunch.
