Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk (adjust for desired consistency)
1–2 jalapeños, seeds removed (adjust based on spice preference)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, dill, onion powder, and garlic powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Season: Taste the dressing and season with salt and pepper as needed. Adjust the thickness by adding more buttermilk if desired.
Chill: Transfer the ranch dressing to a jar or container, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
