Instructions
| 1. Place the diced potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. | 2. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add the chopped cabbage or kale. Cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside. | 3. Stir in the cooked cabbage or kale until well combined. | 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. | 7. Notes
