Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, diced
4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
Add the crumbled feta cheese and black olives.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Gently toss everything together until well mixed.
