Ingredients
2 large zucchinis, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil.
In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the zucchini slices in the breadcrumb mixture and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, blot the zucchini slices with paper towels before seasoning to remove excess moisture.
- You can use an air fryer to make these chips even crispier in less time.
- Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy twist.
