Ingredients
1/2 lb Ground Beef
1/2 lb Bacon, Chopped
1 Onion, Chopped
Add:
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 tbsp. Mustard
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce (I Used Sonny’s)
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 (15 oz.) Can Pinto Beans
1 (15 oz.) Can Butter Beans
1 (15 oz.) Can Kidney Beans
Instructions
Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cook Bacon and Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until evenly browned. Remove bacon, and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef and onion; drain.
Mix Sauce: In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
Combine Ingredients: Mix the bacon, ground beef, onion, sauce mixture, and canned beans into the prepared baking dish.
Bake: Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
Serve: Serve hot and enjoy your delicious cowboy beans!
