1/2 lb Bacon, Chopped 🥓
1 Onion, Chopped 🧅
Add:

1/3 cup Brown Sugar 🍯
1/4 cup Ketchup 🍅
1 tbsp. Mustard 🌭
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce (I Used Sonny’s) 🍖
1 tsp. Salt 🧂
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper 🌶️
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder 🌶️
1 (15 oz.) Can Pinto Beans 🥫
1 (15 oz.) Can Butter Beans 🥫
1 (15 oz.) Can Kidney Beans 🥫


Instructions

Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Cook Bacon and Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until evenly browned. Remove bacon, and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef and onion; drain.

Mix Sauce: In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, salt, pepper, and chili powder.

Combine Ingredients: Mix the bacon, ground beef, onion, sauce mixture, and canned beans into the prepared baking dish.

Bake: Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Serve: Serve hot and enjoy your delicious cowboy beans!
