Ingredients
β 2 packages of diced
chipped beef
β 2 blocks (8 oz each) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, at room temperature
β 3 stalks of
green onions, diced
β Β½ teaspoon of garlic powder
β 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
β 1 cup of optional
cheddar cheese
β Ritz Crackers, to serve
Instructions
1. Dice the
green onions and chipped
beef.
2. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
3. Add the diced
green onions and chipped
beef to the cream cheese mixture. Mix together until creamy.
4. Line a cereal bowl with plastic wrap and scoop the cheeseball mixture inside. Cover and place in the fridge for 10-20 minutes to chill.
5. After chilling, shape the mixture into a ball and place it on a serving tray.
6. Serve the Chipped Beef Cheese Ball with Ritz Crackers.
