Follow these easy steps to prepare the chicken ranch wraps:

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, ranch dressing, diced red onion, diced tomatoes, and chopped fresh cilantro or parsley. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly with the ranch dressing.
