- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth | – 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the cooked chicken and stir to coat evenly.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
