  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Assorted vegetables (optional), such as bell peppers, broccoli, or snow peas

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Sauté onions in sesame oil until soft. Push to one side of the skillet.
  3. Add beef to the skillet. Stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add optional vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender.
  5. Mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce with water, add to skillet, and stir until the sauce thickens.
