Instructions
- Marinate the beef with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Sauté onions in sesame oil until soft. Push to one side of the skillet.
- Add beef to the skillet. Stir-fry until browned.
- Add optional vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender.
- Mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce with water, add to skillet, and stir until the sauce thickens.
