– 1.5 grams black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
For Garnish:

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
2. In a shallow dish, combine the all-purpose flour, ground coriander, sweet Spanish paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Dip each cod fillet piece into the flour mixture, coating it evenly on all sides. Shake off any excess flour.
4. Place the coated cod fillets in the greased baking dish, leaving some space between each piece.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, melted butter, and minced garlic cloves to make the lemon sauce.
6. Pour the lemon sauce over the cod fillets, making sure they are well coated.
7. Bake the cod fillets in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
8. Once the cod is cooked, remove it from the oven. Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley leaves over the top for garnish.
9. Serve the baked cod fillets hot as a delicious and nutritious main dish.
