- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Salad:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- black sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing:
- In a large serving bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined and emulsified.
- Assemble the Salad:
- Add the chopped mango, avocado, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro on top of the dressing.
- Toss gently to combine evenly.
- Serve:
- Serve immediately.

Storage: Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge. This should keep for 2 days.
