Description

  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

For the Salad:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced 🥭
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced 🥑
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • black sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dressing:
    • In a large serving bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined and emulsified.
  2. Assemble the Salad:
    • Add the chopped mango, avocado, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro on top of the dressing.
    • Toss gently to combine evenly.
  3. Serve:
    • Serve immediately.
